The carbon shell structure of the Alpinestars Supertech M8 motocross helmet uses a highly advanced molding technology with a multi-composite combination (3K): high-density carbon outer layer that improves the strength and efficiency of energy dissipation on the shell, UD carbon composite layer which provides significantly greater radial force around the shell, avoiding compression but allowing controlled deflection to reduce transmitted impact energy, and aramid fiber layer which provides penetration protection. This three-layer composite combination offers improved energy management: limited deflection of the outer shell making the energy spread wider and better absorbed by the EPS liner.

• Carbon shell, produced in different sizes according to the proposed size and thus allows to offer a perfect proportion between the volume of the helmet and the size of the motorcyclist, maintaining the degree of protection and safety unchanged
• Inner lining made with a multi-density EPS polymer, which proportionally absorbs the forces generated on the outer shell at the point of impact in the event of an accident
• Patented visor release system that will allow easy release in the event of an accident regardless of the angle of impact
• Side base of helmet sculpted to give a raised section, with raised bottom profile to preserve the collarbone plus the soft EPS foam padding prevents damage from further strain on the collarbone
• Micro-adjustable pad connected to the inner shell allows you to raise or lower the fit of the helmet and also to tilt the helmet forwards or backwards (system patented by A-Head Alpinestar)
• Equipped with MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) designed to reduce rotational motion
• Optimized ventilation and high levels of heat flow and transfer thanks to multi-air inlets and multiple front air intakes and rear exhaust extractors
• Emergency Release System (ERS) with removable cheek pads, 3D molded foam
• Prepared for connection to a hydration system, the inner lining of the helmet has channels that allow you to incorporate a tube on both sides of the shell
• Arrangement for the insertion of an 'Eject' inflation system of the helmet in the inner crown of the shell
• Removable interior : anti-humidity and anti-bacterial fabric
