Right of withdrawal: (Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 transposing Directive 2011/83 / EU)
The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must fill in the return request within 14 days of receipt of the package. The returned product must not in any way be used, otherwise it can no longer be considered as new.
We recommend our customers to try the product received without removing the tags, before deciding whether to return it or not.
The returned item must necessarily NOT be used and complete with all intact tags, otherwise the return request cannot be accepted.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased; the right is not applied on sealed products once opened; the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment).
N.B. Do not use only the ‘original’ packaging of the Manufacturer of the items to ship back the item, in this way the articles and the original packaging could be damaged and in this case we will no longer be able to accept the return. You can still use the envelope or box with which we have sent you the items, or any other cardboard box of the size useful to contain the product to be returned.
Follow these four simple steps to complete a return request:
1. Access your personal area
If you are not registered and / or made a purchase from an unregistered user, you can still make your return request by sending the form you find "by clicking here" to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Go to "My Orders" (registered users)
and select the item to be returned by clicking on the "Return" button;
3. Fill in the mandatory fields and select the Return type (size change, refund or coupon)
4. Click on "Send your return request"
you will receive an email with the next steps to take to send your package and successfully complete your withdrawal.
If you request a refund, motoinside.net will initiate the refund procedure at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the package; the refund timing can vary based on the contractual conditions relating to the credit card or bank account services you use.
In the event of a request for reimbursement of a product forming part of an order subject to special promotions (discount upon reaching certain thresholds of expense, discounts on the third item purchased, and similar), the value of the refunded fee will be subject to the recalculation of the promotion on the items of the same order not returned.
The costs of returning the goods are charged to the customer; the shipment, until the receipt in our warehouse, is under complete customer responsibility; in case of damage to the goods during transport, motoinside.net will inform the customer (within the day following the receipt of the good in its warehouses), to allow him/her to file a timely complaint against the courier from him/her
chosen and reimburse the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs paid by the customer, concomitantly cancelling the withdrawal request.
motoinside.net is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; on its arrival in our warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
If the original internal / external packaging is damaged, motoinside.net will deduct 10% of the refund, as a contribution to the cost of restoring the goods.
Excluding any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, motoinside.net will refund the customer the full amount paid, within 14 days from the date of return of the goods (through issuing a credit note).
It is the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN and bank address)
The right of withdrawal is lost in case of loss of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in the case motoinside.net finds:
· absence of the original external / internal packaging;
· absence of integral elements of the product;
· damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, motoinside.net will send, via email, a communication to the customer, who will be required to respond, exposing his/her own wills.
In the absence of a response from the customer and after 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form, the goods will be considered property of motoinside.net and can be put back on sale.
It is the client's exclusive obligation to ensure that the reply email is received by motoinside.net.
